OCEANS FOR ALL was founded by two active promoters of the sea. Although they have a different relationship with the Ocean, their cooperation symbolizes the urgent necessity for pro-nature ethics.
They are convinced that the tourism industry can be the main promoter of actions towards the preservation of the Ocean.

David Martin

David is a French marine conservationist specialised in sharks, a PADI diving instructor, an author, public speaker and underwater filmmaker. For the last 25 years, he has dedicated his work to marine conservation, contributing to BBC, National Geographic and Netflix productions.

Recognised as Scuba Diving magazine’s Seiko Sea Hero in 2023, he regularly speaks at prestigious universities, including the Sorbonne in Paris, sharing his knowledge of marine life and ocean protection.

He co-founded Oceans For All in 2019 and leads the foundation’s conservation programmes and partnerships, connecting marine science, education and the tourism industry to turn ocean awareness into practical action.

Thibault Salaun

Thibault is a French entrepreneur based in Phuket, with over 20 years of business experience in Southeast Asia. As founder and CEO of Atlas One Group, he develops businesses across luxury hospitality, real estate, yachting and entertainment. His approach centres on trust, lasting relationships and bringing people together across cultures.

A certified PADI diver, he has explored dive sites around the world, from the Red Sea and the Mediterranean to the Caribbean and Southeast Asia.

He co-founded Oceans For All in 2019, driven by the conviction that commercial success and environmental responsibility should go hand in hand, connecting the tourism industry with practical ocean conservation.
